After 40 years of loyal service to Integral, Mark Johns has decided to retire from the business at the end of February 2017.
I am delighted to announce that Stephen Eshelby will be appointed as Operations Director for Integral UK Limited with effect from 14th February. Stephen is no stranger to JLL and Integral. He joined JLL in 2005 and over the years, has risen swiftly through the leadership ranks and held numerous key leadership positions, his most recent being the COO of EMEA Corporate Solutions. Besides efficiently running the operations for a high growth and complex European business, he was also instrumental in stewarding RED in EMEA - the global technology and data transformation project for JLL.
Prior to this, Stephen had been the CFO for JLL Ireland, navigating the firm from the deep recession post the Celtic Tigers era. Subsequently, moved as Commercial Director within the Corporate Solutions business, his focus here was to drive profitability in complex global and regional mandates. A champion of productivity, he has also assisted in setting up of the Centre of Excellence in Poland and bringing new skillsets into the firm to cater for the ever changing environment impacting our Real Estate Industry.
Stephen was a core member of the JLL Due Diligence and IMO team working with Integral these past 8 months and knows our senior leadership team well. Integral as a business and now JLL have made a massive investment with Phoenix, which I expect to turn Integral’s maintenance business into a ‘World Class’ operation in the near future. Stephen’s knowledge of both JLL and our business, and his knowledge within the technology and data transformation area, make him the perfect candidate to step into Mark’s shoes, and drive our growth and integration capitalising on the expanded opportunities that our connection to JLL will bring.
I am therefore delighted to introduce Stephen to you all and please give him a warm welcome as he transitions into our business over the coming weeks.
Please join me in congratulating Stephen and thanking Mark for his many years of service. We wish both continued success in the future.
