Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes are produced during mobilisation for the first year of the service contract, and thereafter at the beginning of each new contract year to meet the task frequencies under the contract and in compliance with a consistent resource management programme to ensure continuity of work for our operational teams and sufficient resource to the contract.

The PPM plans are managed through our CAFM system, where asset information is loaded and tasks generated in line with the programme and highlights statutory inspections.

24/7 multi-site service delivery is the core competence of Integral. We ensure that engineering resource is available to all clients we support at any time, 7 days a week.
