As the world adjusts to the unprecedented threat posed by COVID 19, the UK Government has taken the decision to apply greater controls over fulfilling social distancing and preventing transmission of the virus. As a result, normal operations, travel, communication and day to day living have had to rapidly change.
As of 23 March 2020, the country has been directed to a lock down status which has created some ambiguity for areas of the built environment not directly identified as an essential service (Medical, Military, Civil, Communication, Utility) or clearly a pharmaceutical service or support of essential retail needs.

The Integral 24/7 National Operating Centre remains fully operational and we have mobilised all operatives to home and remote working.
With our 1500 mobile engineers on standby, we can rapidly adjust the service offering to meet essential and emergency maintenance needs during this testing time.
