As the NHS pull out all the stops to accelerate the Government’s Covid-19 vaccination programme, centres are opening all over the country to support the effort. Integral’s cleaning division are proud to be playing their part, working for the NHS on a temporary contract to provide vital hygiene services to five vaccination centres in the East Midlands.
Having worked with Integral on a number of occasions in the past, the NHS approached us knowing our flexibility, can do attitude and collaborative approach would ensure fast mobilisation. Kings Meadow Campus, Gamston Community Centre, Newark Show Ground, Mansfield and Forest Reck are all part of the Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and with up to 1,000 people per day passing through these hubs, maintaining high standards is critical.
In addition to daily cleaning services, Integral also helped them open their doors on time after some buildings were rapidly repurposed to assist the vaccination roll out. This involved delivering intensive deep cleans to buildings previously used as large DIY retail stores.

They were lovely and clean and the presence of the cleaners wiping touch points is very reassuring for the public and staff.
You have also worked to extremely tight deadlines and every changing dates, but managed to ensure we had a cleaning service in place. You have been a great link between my team and the sites, communicating from the ground and enabling us to be ahead of any issues or concerns and you and your team have built great relationships with the site teams, so thank you. I really appreciate all of your efforts and am pleased to be working in partnership with you.”
