We are very proud to have been awarded gold in partnership with Halfords for our Health & Safety performance during 2021, at this year’s RoSPA awards. These prestigious awards are in recognition of a very high level of performance, demonstrating well developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk and very low levels of error, harm and loss.
Our winning Halfords account team consists of 20 dedicated staff, headed up by Daniel Beal, National Account Manager, with additional support from our mobile engineers who undertake reactive and planned maintenance when required. The Integral team provide M&E and Fabric services, handling repairs ranging from a simple tap replacement to full air conditioning replacement.

Halfords see us as part of their team allowing us to become fully integrated with their business, which results in seamless delivery of maintenance services and a strong partnership ethos” says Dan.
The lengthy application and submission process required dedication, input and commitment from both sides proving testament to the ongoing relationship.

Our near decade long relationship with Halfords, coupled with our consistent performance and excellent record of accomplishment saw our contract expand in 2022 nearly doubling in size and now sees us servicing over 800 sites across the UK, including Halfords’ head office.
