In 2025, Integral UK Limited – a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL with existing brand association – will adopt the JLL brand for its engineering, projects and soft services delivery functions as part of JLL’s Workplace Management sub-business line in the UK.
This strategic transition will begin in June, with full integration of technology systems and JLL brand adoption by October 2025.
Integral’s specialist cooling and refrigeration division will continue to operate under the Integral brand to enhance market differentiation and support growth within target markets.
This follows JLL’s acquisition of the Integral business in 2016 and now further strengthens JLL’s Workplace Management business to tackle modern challenges.
“We’re excited about the enhanced resources and expertise this integration brings” said Peter Jones, Managing Director of Integral and Workplace Management, EMEA, JLL. “Through full integration, we enhance our ability to deliver truly end-to-end workplace management solutions to our UK clients, incorporating our self-delivery strengths and the very best of JLL’s global facilities management capabilities.”
Operating under the JLL brand, the rebranded Integral business will help organisations address a wide range of complex contemporary challenges across the built environment, including rising costs, portfolio and workplace optimisation and achieving sustainability targets. JLL’s Workplace Management strategy takes an advisory-led approach, leveraging global and local expertise, standardised delivery, data-driven insights and state-of-the-art technology to transform real estate portfolios from cost centres into value drivers.
