Learning & development update

This month saw our 4th cohort of managers in 12 months, enrol onto the Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Level 5, with learning partner Remit. It was a great day held at our West Bromwich office with various senior managers (Service Manager, Contract Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Administration Manager, Senior Contract Manager) from offices across the country including London, Wallington, Bristol, Cambridge, West Brom and Warrington.

The Level 5 Apprenticeship will take around 18-24 months to complete at no cost to employees as the courses are funded though Integral’s Apprenticeship Levy.

Delegates are required to attend eight bi-monthly workshops and will be supported with monthly 1-2-1 face to face visits at their place of work by a Remit Development Coach to ensure they are on track.

There is a 20% off the job requirement with learners given time away from normal duties to complete self-study via the FUSE learning platform and other activities as detailed in their Learner Journey which can include webinars, work shadowing/mentoring and assignments.

We are delighted that we now have well over 100 Integral colleagues on a variety of apprenticeships with Remit and wish them all the best on their learning journey.
