The project involved the major refurbishment of part of this 1889 Gothic style building including changes to a basement Crypt, Concert Hall, Courtroom, Cells and Old Fire Station and associated rooms and toilets.
Integral were employed by Kier Construction as one of their main Sub-Contractors covering the supply, delivery and installation of M and E works through to practical completion.
Integral were responsible for completing the installation of the Mechanical and Electrical services at the newly Refurbished Town Hall. Their approach throughout the project has been flexible and proactive enabling practical solutions to be introduced to this challenging project. I would not hesitate to use Integral again.

The building itself underwent extensive re modelling to create a modern facility for Concerts, Café areas, Bars, Weddings etc. whilst still keeping some of the original architectural features.
There were many challenges faced on this project the siting of large plant into confined spaces and working around the main contractor who had major structural alterations to carry out, to name just a couple.
Integral worked collaboratively with Kier to overcome these challenges and deliver a fantastic facility for the client.
