RAF Wittering

Integral Building services have spent many years working on the MOD sites throughout the UK and one of our most prestigious projects was the recently completed New Flight School at RAF Wittering.

The project took over 15 months from initial business case generation to decide initial budget for works, through to completion.

Following project approval, Integral worked diligently with the Architect, M&E Consultant and most importantly the 7 No stakeholders who all had a separate but equally important custodian requirements which had to be adhered to and understood, whilst working with our client Babcock Dyncorp to deliver the project on budget.

The total project, spread over 5 buildings including a Grade 2 listed WW2 hanger, refurb of a Harrier jump jet Engineer facility, adjacent out building and the construction of a new Office Building including Class rooms and flight engineers office.

Integral acted as Main Contractor, working to achieve a DREAAM excellent rating, which involved Pre-fabrication of pipework of site, pre-fabricated Structures which all helped reduce the site programme and helped us complete the works agreed timeframe.
