Bristol Sport manages Ashton Gate Stadium on behalf of Bristol Rugby and Bristol City Football Club – offering a cost-effective, co-ordinated management approach. Integral currently manage the main stadium and the training ground at Failand.

Since August 2015, Integral have been contracted to manage their PPM, Reactive, Help Desk / CAFM & Cleaning Services. The contract covers all mechanical, electrical and fabric elements including HV and UPS and also covers general cleaning and post-match stadium cleaning.

Integral self-delivers the services of this contract with an on-site team, together with designated local mobile team support.

The team is headed up by a contract manager who is technically qualified and has customer focus and experience coupled with an understanding of working in similar environments to Bristol Sport. The Contract Manager supports the designated engineering teams and is responsible for all operational, financial, commercial and technical functions associated with this contract. In addition, the Contract Manager facilitates the recording, management, administration and reporting of works orders issued under the contract.
