Integral have provided a multi temperature single stage pumped ammonia industrial refrigeration plant to serve a brand new 60,000ft2 food production facility in the North West of England. With a wide range of operating room / air temperatures for various processes, Integral made use of multi-compressor packaged solutions in order to maintain highest levels of efficiency, whilst minimising payback periods. Plant standby and resiliency optimised through plant selection to keep the plant running 24/7, 365 days a year. The production facility went into operation in March 2018 and looks set to be their most energy efficient plant installed to date.
