London Stock Exchange is one of the world’s oldest stock exchanges and can trace its history back more than 300 years. London Stock Exchange Group was created in October 2007 when London Stock Exchange merged with Milan Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana.

Scope of works:
  • To provide an environment that reflects best practice service provision and aligns SLAs in all LSEG sites throughout the London portfolio.
  • To provide daily support for LSEG central management through an efficient and professional service delivery mechanism coupled with accurate MI & reporting.
  • Where possible, to reduce operational costs whilst enhancing service quality, and certainly to ensure best value is achieved at all times.
  • To provide innovation in service delivery and an environment within the sites that enhances the experience of both visitors and staff.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in all areas of FM operations.
  • Demonstrates technology expertise with Uptime Plus capability in maintaining critical environments and HV electrical equipment.
